PERSONAL SAFETY TRAINING

A PRIMARY HUMAN RESOURCE

Within today's advanced workplace, we give great priority to our staff's welfare and training.
We appreciate that the Human Resources of self-discipline, self-awareness, empathy and persistence can be developed and applied in great ways.
All of us as individuals, employers or employees want the very best life we can experience.
The quality of that life and our level of personal freedom are equally important to us.

It is becoming apparent to many professional people that being able to protect and defend ourselves is a primary human resource.
Police response times to assaults are at an all time low, they will arrive but probably at the same time as the ambulance.
The one back up we can always rely on is the training we undertook in personal safety, thanks to our training we can be in on Monday morning.

Even our work could bring us the challenge of confrontation or attack.
Customers, clients or even patients can become volatile and aggressive, bringing threat and harm to us in our working environment.
Stress, rage, disconnected reasoning can hijack an individual to burst into violence.
We want the skills and tactics to be able to diffuse or redirect this negative energy quickly and effectively.
Whether you are at work or at home, it is important to reinforce your individual freedom through knowledge and the correct use of personal safety.
